Since 1990, the Japan-America Society of Wisconsin has had one simple goal:

To strengthen relations between the United States – specifically Wisconsin – and Japan

through better understanding of each other’s culture, traditions and values.

As a non-profit, non-political educational organization, JASW sponsors public affairs and cultural programs and activities on Japan, Japanese culture, international trade, and bilateral governmental relations.  In addition, JASW regularly brings national and international experts to Wisconsin and hosts various meetings and presentations for its members and the general public.
